🌊 How to Use KAI
KAI is your freediving companion — a patient, structured, safety-aware coach that helps you understand your dives, see patterns, train with purpose, and progress with clarity. This page explains how to use it well.
Step 1 — Set up your profile
Fill in your basic diver info so KAI can understand your background and current ability. This helps responses feel personal, relevant, and responsible.
Step 2 — Add a Dive Log (Important)
Upload your dive log image first.
KAI will automatically extract depth, time, and key details where possible.
Then:
- Review and adjust auto-filled fields
- Add context: sensations, equalization notes, emotions, performance thoughts
- Save your entry
This makes KAI smarter, safer, and more precise when coaching you.
Step 3 — Talk to KAI
Chat with KAI the way you would talk to a real coach:
- Ask about your dives
- Ask about patterns
- Ask about training focus
- Ask about mistakes, fear, doubt, sensations
KAI is designed to guide without ego, to ask questions when needed, and to help you think more clearly about your training.
Step 4 — Use the Guidance
Follow training suggestions at your pace. Use your logs to track progress. Let patterns tell the real story. Respect safety guidance.
Safety Note
Freediving is powerful, beautiful, and demanding. KAI supports coaches — it doesn’t replace them. Always train responsibly, respect your body, and dive within safe limits.
If you’re ready, KAI is here to dive with you.
